Scott Stebler
Scott has over 20 years of experience in the practice of law, including over 15 years of experience in the specialty areas of estate planning, probate, trust, guardianship, and disability planning.
As an attorney, Scott has extensive experience in handling guardianship, probate, estate administration, and special needs trust matters. He has experience in resolving issues related to Medicaid, Medicare, SSI, and SSDI, as well as experience in resolving issues with the IRS related to federal estate and gift tax liability.
EDUCATION
Scott received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Scott is an attorney licensed by the State Bar of Texas and is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law. Scott is also a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) through the Institute of Certified Bankers and the American Bankers’ Association. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
